Hats Off

When the hat is on, it is time to handle business. The detective, the traffic controller, and even sometimes the negotiator.

When the hat is on, it is your time to shine. Investigator, teacher, and peacekeeper.

When the hat is on, your presence can be felt. Respectful leader.

But at some point, the hat has to come off and when it does, what can be said about you then?

I get the privilege to see the hat come off every single day.

When the hat comes off, it is time to handle business. Designated pool thrower, handyman, and the handsome prince.

When the hat comes off, it is your time to shine. Loving husband, daddy, son, and brother.

When the hat comes off, your presence can be felt. A sinner saved by grace.

Hat on or hat off, you are you and I am me and together we will be.
